The first session (09h00 – 11h30) is spent covering the basics of a good business plan and then delving further into the Financial Projections which most people normally struggle with.  The second session (12h00 – 14h00) covers the practical part of the workshop where each delegate is given a basic Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel template to complete assisted by the facilitator so please ensure you bring your laptop along.
